Appetizer
Simply Thai Taster Plate:
Chicken Satay - Sliced chicken breast marinated in exotic herbs with coconut
milk and spices, served with homemade peanut sauce.
Cho Muang - Beautiful steamed violet coloured flower dumplings stuffed with
minced chicken, onion and special Thai spices.
Tod Mun - Seasonal fish cake blended with Thai curry paste, Thai spices &
green beans, served with fresh cucumber, peanuts & house sauce.

Soup:
Tom Yum Goong - Prawns in hot & sour soup with fresh-mushroom, lemon grass,
kaffir, green onion, cilantro and lovely Thai chili paste.

Entree
Massaman Curry - Your choice of chicken, beef, or pork sautéed with red curry,
potato, peanut, tomato, onions in tamarind sauce.
Pad Thai - Pan-fried Thai rice-noodles in tamarind sauce with shrimps or chicken,
eggs tofu, green onions, bean sprouts and ground peanuts.
Gra Paow - Choice of Chicken, Pork, Beef sautéed sliced in light chilli sauce with onion,
green beans, mushrooms, bell peppers and fresh basil leaves.

Includes Jasmine Rice

Dessert
Banana Fritters with choice of Mango, Coconut, or Vanilla ice cream.

Tiger Prawns – Sautéed tiger prawns on coconut mango chutney.
Thai Chili Steak – Sautéed with Thai Chili sauce in Endive leave topped with coconut
milk and lime leaves.
Lime Salmon Mun - Seasonal salmon cake blended with lime and fresh Thai spices.

Salad:
Sum Tom – Julienne of green papaya with fresh limejuice, tomatoes, peanuts and chilies.
Garnished with fresh greens (seasonal)

Soup:
Tom Kha Gai - Sliced chicken in creamy coconut milk with mushrooms, green onion, cilantro,
lemon grass, galanga rot and kaffir lime leaves.

Entree
Thai Risotto (Chef Grace’s take on Risotto packed with flavour): Cream of coconut milk cooked
with rice mixed with tomato sauce, green chili spice, bell peppers, onion, mushroom,
fresh basil and lime leaves. Choice of Chicken or Prawn

Prig Khing Bped – Stir-fried fresh barbequed sliced duck in red curry sauce with diced
fresh green beans.

Salmon Penang – Fresh Wild Salmon in a thick red curry with coconut milk, bell peppers,
topped with fresh Thai Basil and lime leaves. Served with coconut rice.

Dessert
Choice of Mango Berry Cheesecake or Banana Fritters with choice of
Mango, Coconut, or Vanilla ice cream.
