2008 Yaletown MapThe Yaletown Map is Back!

The Yaletown Map is back for its third season in 2008 with a fresh new look in the popular 16"x18" size that folds down to a rackable 4"x9" format. With a shelf life that runs for a full 12 months, the Yaletown Map is your best opportunity to reach visitors for an entire year.

25,000 maps will be distributed this Spring through mail drop to all Yaletown residents and to key surrounding neighbourhoods. Maps will also be distributed at the many Yaletown events scheduled for this spring and summer, and through tourism info centres and hotel concierge. The Yaletown Ambassadors will also be handing out the map to shoppers and diners throughout the year. Plus, all YBIA merchants will receive a supply of maps for all your customers.

All Yaletown BIA street-level merchants receive a free listing in the publication and a numbered location on the map. PLUS, you can book one of only six display ads that are available exclusively to YBIA members.  OR you can purchase one of eight photo opportunities on the face of the map to highlight your business.

The Patio & Style Guide is an 8.5"x12.25" magazine-format publication with key editorial that features the best patios, dining trends and cocktails in Yaletown PLUS the fresh fashions and interior style trends that Yaletown is so well known for. In this edition, we'll also be featuring stories about the new gallery buzz in Yaletown, the ease of living with pets in "pet-friendly" Yaletown and the fresh new crop of events that are happening in 2008.

The YBIA will be printing 20,000 copies for distribution through postal drop, events, tourism info centres and hotel concierge. Our Yaletown Ambassadors will also be distributing the Patio & Style Guide to shoppers, diners and visitors throughout the Spring and Summer. YBIA members will receive a supply of Patio & Style Guides to offer to all your customers.

Throughout the year, thousands of tourists and hotel guests shop, dine and spend their day in Yaletown. Many of these visitors are guided to us by Hotel Concierge and Guest Services personnel.

We want Yaletown to remain top-of-mind for this important group of influencers. And so again for 2008, the restaurants and shops of Yaletown will host Vancouver's key concierge in our annual "Concierge Tour" coming this Spring.
