 Femsport Street Party
The Women's All Strength & Fitness Challenge FREE public event will take place on
the 900 block Hamilton Street from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Hundreds of
spectators will come to see who will win trophies after competing in Box Jumps,
Water Carry, Tire Flip, Agility Run, Bicep Curls, Kettlebell Lift, and more!
Spectators can also enjoy displays, prizes, and giveaways. Partial proceeds
collected at the event will go to benefit Patty's Ladybug Cancer Fund, a

Have you noticed how shiny
and new the loading dock railings look? Perhaps you have admired bright plant
arrangements growing in planters, the presence of more ashtrays, or the
disappearing act of graffiti. This summer we have assembled an enthusiastic
crew of young workers who are with us all summer cleaning, planting, painting,
and generally improving and beautifying everything in sight. You may see our
crew in groups of two to four on the sidewalks around Yaletown as they micro-clean
all over the neighbourhood.
