Homer StreetImportant Property Tax Information Meetings for Every Yaletown Business Owner

The city will be coordinating three public consultation meetings in February 2008 to discuss the tax commission's recommendations and the budget. We encourage all Yaletown BIA members to attend one and voice your opinions. The meeting dates and times are shown in the right hand column of this newsletter.

The Yaletown BIA's Fair Tax Committee has been very active over the past few years in the push for a fair allocation of property taxes between commercial and residential uses. Please visit our web site for more information about this issue or visit the Fair Tax Coalition's web site directly.
